We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals in residential, nursing, or domiciliary care settings. You will play a key role in delivering safe, person‑centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in line with CQC Fundamental Standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, hygiene, mobility).
- Support individuals to maintain independence and choice.
- Follow individualised care plans and risk assessments.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication in line with training and policies.
- Prepare meals and support with feeding where required.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Support with light domestic tasks and daily living activities.
- Must have Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable attitude.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Two satisfactory references.
- Previous experience in a care home or domiciliary care setting.
- Valid UK driving licence (for community‑based roles).
- Basic IT skills for care documentation.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
