Every visit is at least 2 hours
, giving you time to build strong, trusting relationships. Your role might include:

• Providing companionship
  , emotional support and a listening ear
• Helping with shopping
  , light housekeeping
  , or preparing nutritious meals
• Supporting with personal care
  , mobility or medication reminders
• Accompanying clients to appointments
  , social activities
  , or just for a nice walk
• Bringing dignity, joy and independence to someone’s daily routine

You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and a desire to help others. Ideal candidates will be:

• Compassionate
  , calm and a good listener
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Comfortable using public transport to visit clients
• Available for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
• Committed to working collaboratively with our office team

• £14.00/hour + paid holidays + pension
• Minimum 2-hour visits — no rushed care
• Schedule sent one month in advance so you can have a life.
• Training & induction, including the Care Certificate
• Regular team support, mentorship & career development

• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK is essential
• Fluent in English and confident communicator
• Comfortable with walking and using public transport to reach clients
