Following an exciting period of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join one of our thriving business units. This is a chance to make a real impact—combining your scientific expertise with creative communication skills to deliver work that matters. In this role, you'll:

• Be a key member of a 10-strong editorial team, collaborating closely with client services.
• Lead the development of high-quality medical and scientific content across therapy areas such as hepatitis, HIV, oncology, rare diseases, nephrology, and haemophilia.
• Mentor and support junior writers, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Work within a dynamic business unit of 20 professionals, contributing to projects that shape the future of healthcare communications.

• Create compelling, scientifically accurate content for diverse outputs—slide decks, congress posters, websites, newsletters, manuscripts, and more.
• Tailor messaging for different audiences with precision and creativity.
• Lead scientific discussions and present materials to clients and external stakeholders.
• Ensure editorial excellence through meticulous attention to detail and consistency.

• Ideally a degree in biological sciences (BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent).
• Proven experience in medical communications agencies, ideally as a Senior Medical Writer.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills within editorial teams.
• Ability to deliver scientific counsel and high-quality scientific content.
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.

• Hybrid working:
  Only 2 anchor days a week in the office from our vibrant London office (just off Fetter Lane, EC4).
