A local authority located in North East London is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well structured team. The client offers flexible working, a fair caseload, and professional development. This role is ideal for candidates seeking impact‑driven work in adult social care and reablement services.

• Experience required working with adults
• Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment
• Complete Care Act assessments
• Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment
• Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
• Undertake manual handling assessments
• Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualified experience
• Previous experience as a community‑based Occupational Therapist
• Manual handling expertise
• HCPC Registration
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence

• Hybrid working – occasional office visits only
• Ongoing training and development
• Flexible work environment
• Free on‑site parking (where applicable)
