Overview
Rheumatology is excited to advertise for a receptionist. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, hard‑working and flexible person to assist with the smooth running of the busy Rheumatology Outpatients Department at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH).

Main duties of the job- Deliver a high‑quality reception and support service within the Rheumatology Outpatients Department.
- Act as the first point of contact for all appointment bookings and liaise with relevant clinicians as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient information into the Patient Administration System (PAS) with real‑time data entry.
- Provide support and cover for the waiting list coordinator in managing bookings for the Rheumatology Day Unit.

Person SpecificationEssential- Qualifications:
Good general standard of literacy and numeracy; PAS training
- Previous clerical work including data input
- Experience in NHS or customer service environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, able to multi‑task and prioritise
