Job overviewWelcome to CNWL Community Eating Disorders Service for Children and Young People. Eating Disorders is a specialism within children’s mental health, therefore finding candidates with rich experience is really important. It would be fantastic to have staff ‘ready‑to‑go', but we appreciate the need to grow and develop people in this field and improve young people’s access to care.
In this role you will provide senior nurse leadership, line management and supervision to allocated members of the CYP nursing team. You will also contribute to the wider nursing initiatives within the All‑Age Eating Disorders Service and the wider CAMHS Eating Disorders Service line, as appropriate.
Main duties of the jobWhat do we do?
The recommended evidence‑based intervention indicated for this patient group is Family Therapy for Anorexia Nervosa (FT‑AN) and Family‑Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders which all clinicians in the team deliver.
