Overview
Heath bridge Practice is looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic receptionist/care navigator to join our busy, but very friendly team helping us to provide exceptional care to over 23,000 patients. The role requires someone who can work both independently and exceptionally well within a team. Fantastic support is offered by the reception manager, deputy reception manager, and other team members. This is a full-time post and would suit somebody who is articulate, able to cope under stressful situations while remaining calm and professional at all times.
The role would suit somebody who is forward-thinking, adaptable, and not afraid of technology and change. Working
Shifts:
8:00-16:00 or 10:30-18:30 plus 13:00-19:00 (Mon or Tue on rotation across the team).
- Answering phones
- Dealing with patients face to face
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Dealing with online triage and navigating appropriate care
- Scanning and opening post

You will receive one-to-one training the moment you join our team and a comprehensive induction.
