Job overviewThe Camden neuro and stroke team (CNSS team) is a 5 day a week community neurological therapy team based at St Pancras Hospital providing early stroke discharge and community rehabilitation to adults with a neurological diagnosis living in the borough of Camden. The team is comprised of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, clinical neuro-psychologists and rehabilitation assistants. We have a strong focus on supportive multi-disciplinary working and therapists work with clients in their homes, in the community or at various centres in Camden.
Mainduties of the job
Experience of working with neurological conditions is essential and experience of working autonomously in the community is desired, with the aim of providing neurological therapy in patients homes or in the community. You will have an interest in working as part of a team to provide high quality, patient centred intervention and will be involved in the triage of patients.
