• Deliver personal care and support to residents
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and daily routines
• Provide social interaction and emotional support
• Record resident activity accurately and report concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with seniors and management to ensure high standards of care

• Experience in care home settings (required)
• Driving licence (required)
• Skills in dementia care and care planning are advantageous
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work in a busy environment
• Must be able to work on a 3-on/3-off rolling rota
• Sponsorship is not available
