Care Worker - Complex Needs

Overview

URGENT PLACEMENT – This role is based at clients home in Stanmore, HA7.

A friendly and trustworthy support worker will assist a family, therapy team and case manager to support an 11‑year‑old boy with an acquired brain injury.

Duties include:

• Medication administration
• Gastrostomy feeding
• Manual handling
• Personal care
• Epilepsy management

Assist with play, therapies and daily activities.

Experience working with children, preferably in the community and with brain injuries. Full training will be provided.

We are recruiting Complex Care Workers who are available and committed to work some or all of the following shifts.

Weekdays – 7am – 10pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Weekends – 7am – 10pm & 8am – 8pm (Saturday)

Ad hoc hours available.

Competitive salary up to £19 per hour, depending on experience.

Salary / Benefits: £17‑£19 per hour – part time.
