Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm

Permanent - 52 Weeks
Role summary:
The postholder will manage our in-house Clinical Team at Brick Lane School, work collaboratively with the schools SLT and Regional Clinical Lead, split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles of need (autism, neurodivergence, trauma, SEMH). The role includes coordinating line management of on-site clinical team members and leading service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.

The RoleWe are looking for a Lead Clinician (OT / SLT) to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Brick Lane School. The postholder will work with the Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will involve leading the clinical team and managing a therapy caseload, delivering assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, trauma, and SEMH.
Meeting EHCP targets will be a primary focus, using OFG’s group and individual clinical approaches. The postholder will coordinate line management and lead service development of the school-based clinical service.

Essential Criteria- BSc or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration and RCSLT or equivalent
- Active professional registration and membership of a relevant body (e.g., BPS)
- Experience with autistic individuals and/or complex needs
- Clear and concise clinical and research reporting
- Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service
- Experience of multi-professional collaboration within the designated specialty (preferred)
