Location: Greater London

Part time Receptionist to join our GP practice team.

Working shift pattern located in Plumstead.

Hours are 16-20hrs over 5 days, between 8am - 6.30pm. (8pm on Fridays) These hours will be worked within a set rota.

Holiday, sick and extended hours cover will be required.

Must have experience of EMIS and DOCMAN, good clear telephone skills, ability to multi task, computer literate and a good team player.

Main duties of the job

main daily duties are

  • Dealing with patients on the phone and face to face, booking appointments & dealing with queries.
  • Working with Doctors, nurses and other staff to ensure smooth running of the surgery
  • scanning and filing documents
  • booking on line appointments
