We are representing a privately owned specialist market research firm serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including diagnostics, digital health, and precision medicine. The company helps clients at every stage, from early concept testing to post-market clinical data collection, delivering projects worldwide through an experienced, dedicated team.

They are currently looking to bring on a passionate Research Director, you will be integral to the end-to-end delivery of mixed methods projects.

• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth progress, timeline adherence, and coordination with a team of researchers.
• Engage clients through calls, presentations, oversee development of materials including guides, surveys, and screeners.
• Supervise analysis and reporting, mentor junior staff, contribute to report writing, brainstorming, and data interpretation.

• Demonstrates values: friendly, flexible, forthright, fast, while managing projects and supporting junior colleagues effectively.
• Passionate about teamwork, client relationships, and delivering high-quality, bespoke research that uncovers insights and drives results.
