SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in London, Fulham. In this role, you will provide tailored therapeutic support to young and adult clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges. You will benefit from a consultant-like working environment without the burdens of marketing, therapy room or overhead expenses.

To be considered for this post you must:- Be an Integrative or CBT Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Counselling Psychologist (you must work with CBT amongst others)
- Ideally be accredited as a Psychotherapist by BACP, UKCP or BABCP
- Or be Accredited by HCPC as Psychologist
- Work with Adolescents/Teens 11+ as well as adults
- Have at least 3 years POST-QUALIFICATION experience
- Be able to hold FACE TO FACE sessions in Fulham
- Live a maximum of one hour from Putney
- Available at least one evening per week and six sessions per week
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised care plans for clients
- Provide face to face psychotherapy sessions in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
- Utilise effective communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision
- Promote a safe, welcoming environment for all client
- Qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist with relevant accreditation
- Using CBT amongst other modalities
- Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Experience in working with a wide range of presenting issues of varying degree
- Have excellent communication skills and empathetic solution - based approach
- Be confident and positive, providing first class service to our clients
- Ability to offer at least six hours a week, and ability to offer some evening hours (at least one evening per week).
- Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping and client management
- Have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Manage your own diary and emails and provide timely communication with the centre and our clients
- Regular supervision and keep records of your ongoing continuing professional development
- Reliable Internet connection and anti-virus and anti-malware installed on your computer equipment.
- Comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
- A good understanding of professional guidelines and codes of practice.
