If so, we want to hear from you! We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Bedded Rehab Unit as a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist
. Based at Finchley Memorial Hospital
, this role will give you the chance to make a real difference to patients' lives by supporting them through complex and urgent care needs in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

We are looking for highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic team players with a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent holistic care and interventions. You will be able to be creative and be resourceful in your approach to client rehabilitation using your clinical skills to assess and create intervention plans for a varied caseload of patients.

As a B6 Occupational Therapist you will also be responsible for providing supervision, support and education to other junior therapists, students and community support workers. You will have the opportunity to be involved in service development opportunities and audits. There is a commitment to evidence-based practice and you will be encouraged to look for opportunities to promote this within the teams and seek out potential research projects.

Having a full UK driving license and access to own transport for business purposes are essential.

• Provide supervision, support and education to junior therapists, students and community support workers.
• Assess and create intervention plans for a varied caseload of patients, using clinical skills to inform rehabilitation.
• Be involved in service development opportunities and audits; contribute to the promotion of evidence-based practice within teams; explore potential research projects.

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience aligned to Band 6 Specialist Ophthalmic Therapist? (

• Looking for progression to Band 6; experience in a multidisciplinary, community or hospital-based rehab setting preferred.
