Overview
A fantastic opportunity has opened for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the multi‑professional team working in Adult Heart Therapies at the Royal Brompton Hospital. This individual would work alongside and be supported by a friendly therapies team. Your role would include working with inpatients and involve the following tasks:
- Assisting in the provision of care to patients, supported and supervised by senior therapists
- Carrying out clinical tasks (such as supervision of daily individual physiotherapy and occupational therapy rehabilitation)
This post would suit someone who is thinking of a return to practice (Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy), or someone wanting experience prior to further training in any of these professions.
There will be regular supervision, training, and support from highly skilled therapists to address learning needs and personal development. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the other members of the multidisciplinary team.
