About the Role:

Looking for a new challenge away from traditional physiotherapy practice? Join a leading health assessment provider as a PIP Functional Assessor. This hybrid role offers flexibility, structured hours, and the chance to use your clinical expertise in a non-treatment setting.

You’ll assess individuals with a range of health conditions and disabilities, following DWP guidelines for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Your clinical knowledge and empathetic approach will help produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions.

• Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments
• Gather and evaluate evidence to understand functional impact
• Produce accurate, concise reports using multiple IT systems
• Maintain professional standards and engage in CPD

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience
• Strong clinical knowledge across varied conditions
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
• Confident with IT systems and typing (30 wpm minimum)
