-17:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for Band 7 and Band 8 Clinical Pharmacists to join our esteemed client's team in London. This role is ideal for experienced and highly skilled professionals looking to make a significant impact in clinical pharmacy services. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our clients' patients, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.
Whatwill your responsibilities be
The Band 7 and Band 8 Clinical Pharmacists will be responsible for delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient counselling, and drug utilisation reviews. Ensuring the safety and efficacy of prescribed medications is crucial. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, conducting clinical audits, and maintaining accurate patient records. Participation in research and quality improvement initiatives is expected to uphold the highest standards of practice.
Qualificationsand Experiences
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- GPHC registration
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band
7) - Minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band
8) - Advanced clinical skills and knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient care and safety
- Experience in conducting clinical audits and research
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
