BandLocum Dispensing Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispensing Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing high-quality pharmaceutical care. You will be working in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients.

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on drug therapy and medication management.
• Manage medication inventories and ensure safe storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Conduct medication reviews and identify potential drug interactions.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively during shifts.

• Registered Pharmacist with GPHC
• Community or outpatient experience (suitable for Band
  6)
• Hospital inpatient experience (suitable for Band
  7)
• Clinical trials experience (suitable for Band
  7)
  Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
