Salary:£24-£29 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time
Duration: 3 months
We are currently seeking a Band 6 Locum Dietitian to join an acute NHS service in West London. This role focuses on providing specialist dietetic care within Head and Neck oncology and gastroenterology pathways, with a strong emphasis on complex enteral tube feeding.
The successful candidate will have experience in acute NHS settings and be confident managing patients with complex nutritional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading hospital and contribute to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver specialist dietetic care for patients requiring complex enteral tube feeding.
- Provide nutritional support for oncology and gastroenterology patients.
- Develop and monitor individualised nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists and gastroenterologists.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
- A recognised degree in Dietetics.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in complex enteral tube feeding (essential).
- Acute NHS experience, with exposure to gastroenterology and oncology (desirable).
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
