Rough Sleeping Outreach and Assessment Worker

We’re looking for a new Rough Sleeping Outreach and Assessment Worker to join our dynamic team  this role, you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives by reaching those sleeping rough on the streets and supporting them into safe accommodation through our 24‑hour Assessment Centre. From late‑night outreach shifts to welcoming people at the centre and developing personalised support plans, every day will bring opportunities to help people build a path away from homelessness.

If you have experience working with vulnerable adults, can stay calm under pressure, and want to play a role in ending homelessness across Richmond and Wandsworth, we’d love to hear from you.
