What You Will Do
  • Conduct holistic physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for service users with complex mental and physical health needs
  • Work collaboratively with service users, considering their background, culture, and personal goals
  • Maintain and promote high standards of clinical practice across the service
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of physiotherapy interventions as part of the multidisciplinary team
  • Take responsibility for physiotherapy equipment, ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, carers, and external agencies to deliver integrated care
