Position: Front of House / Receptionist – High-End Medical Practice
Location: Greater London

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious, newly renovated, five-storey medical clinic located in the heart of Harley Street. This high-end practice brings together a range of specialist medical and aesthetic services under one roof, delivered within a modern, discreet, and patient-focused environment.

The clinic is known for its use of advanced technology, transparent pricing, and a strong emphasis on high-quality aftercare. Services offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Hair restoration and non-surgical hair loss treatments
  • Dentistry
  • Pharmacy services
  • Gynecomastia surgery
  • Cosmetic and aesthetic procedures

This role would suit a polished, proactive, and personable individual who takes pride in delivering an outstanding first impression and an unrivalled patient experience.

The Role:

As Front of House / Receptionist, you will act as the face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and confident from arrival through to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients in a warm, professional, and reassuring manner
  • Handling incoming calls with discretion, taking detailed messages and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Managing patient and staff bookings via the clinic’s scheduling system
  • Liaising with a third-party HR provider to support basic HR administration
  • Taking and processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a calm, organised, and professional front-of-house environment at all times
The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be confident, composed, and highly professional, with a strong customer-service mindset.

You will be:

  • Impeccably presented, polished, and professional
  • Calm, articulate, and reassuring, particularly when dealing with patients who may be anxious
  • Proactive, organised, and able to use initiative
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or client-facing role within a medical, clinical, or high-end professional environment would be advantageous.
