• Provide clinical pharmacy service to chemotherapy day units and outpatient prescribing clinics.
• Support medical and nursing teams through the provision of pharmacy advice.
• Clinically check the appropriateness of prescribing and promote medicines optimization.
• Liaise with pharmacy aseptic, dispensary, clinical teams, and the multi-disciplinary team for efficient chemotherapy service.
• Attend unit meetings if required.
