Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist with a focus on Women’s Health to join our team in Broxbourne. This role requires a physiotherapist with substantial band 6 musculoskeletal experience, particularly in women’s health. The position will be based in the outpatient department and involves delivering hands-on, face-to-face clinical care as well as conducting telephone consultations.

What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapy role?

In this Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist role, you will provide expert physiotherapy services within the outpatient department, focusing on women’s health. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing a variety of musculoskeletal issues, and delivering targeted treatment plans tailored to women’s health needs. You will be required to offer both hands-on clinical care and remote consultations via telephone, ensuring a holistic approach to patient management.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of patient care strategies, maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient communication.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Significant band 6 experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular focus on women’s health
  • NHS experience is desirable
  • Proven ability to deliver hands-on clinical care and manage telephone consultations
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills in women’s health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
