Shiftpattern
Monday - Sunday, 37hrs. Effective 1 April 2026 the full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.

Position details- Band 6 Occupational Therapist (with interest in acute frailty)
- Permanent post
- Provide rapid specialist occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation to older people in RAH in the Frailty Unit and across the Older Peoples rehabilitation wards.
- Work in a patient‑centred, multidisciplinary team (MDT); support staff and students as required.
- Be professionally supported by a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to focus on personal and service development, driving the OT/OPS service forward in line with Board and RCOT objectives.
- Be flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and a team player with well‑developed communication skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration with the HCPC.
- Experience working in the clinical area.
- Evidence of relevant postgraduate courses / CPD.
- Disclosure Scotland check.
- Interest in acute frailty (Band
6).
