Join plusdebleu as a Night Care Assistant, working immediate start at Golders Green, NW11. This role involves caring for older adults, including those with dementia, during night shifts.

• Help residents prepare for bed and settle down for the night; assist them in the morning.
• Maintain high standards of care overnight – hygiene, continence, mobility, dressing, and general care.
• Perform regular checks on residents and the building, responding to any care needs.
• Answer emergency bells or calls from residents promptly and seek assistance if required.
• Undertake domestic duties between resident care tasks, such as dusting, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, preparing breakfast tables, etc.
• Follow team guidelines, policies, and use IT systems to support care plans and record care provided via care management software and tablets.

• Pay starts at £12.25 per hour, increasing with experience/qualifications.
• Signing‑on bonus £250.
• Retention bonus £250 (after 12 months). Unlimited £250 refer‑a‑friend scheme.

• Experience working with older people in residential care preferred; training provided if willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; IT competence.
• Flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• COVID‑19 vaccinations (mandatory).
• Willingly pursue QCF 1‑5 (NVQ levels 2 or 3 in Care) if not already attained.
