We are looking for a Professional Head of Occupational Therapy for the Lambeth Directorate. This strategic and operational role will direct the performance and development of Occupational Therapy and support staff across inpatient, crisis and community pathways. You will be a member of the Directorate’s Senior Leadership Team, the principal representative for the Occupational Therapy workforce, providing line management, professional and clinical supervision, support and oversight.

You will drive a culture of quality improvement and evidence‑based practice, promoting the contribution of Occupational Therapy to service‑user outcomes.

• Professionally responsible for all Occupational Therapists and associated support staff within the Directorate
• Line management of the Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist for Inpatient Services
• Deputise for the Trust Head of Allied Health Professionals when required
• Support Occupational Therapy Apprenticeships and student placements
