Care and Support – Hazelwood Care Home is a purpose‑built care home in north Kent providing Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care for 50 residents.

• Assist residents with daily routines, encouraging independence.
• Follow and support each resident’s personalised care plan.
• Monitor health, communicate concerns to nursing staff, and assist with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
• Uphold dignity and respect for each resident.
• Encourage social interaction and explore safe, warm living spaces.
• Assist with nutrition, ensuring residents meet their dietary needs.
• Spread smiles and bring joy to residents’ lives daily.

• Qualifications:
  
  NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred; however, we welcome those willing to learn and with a passion for care.
• Experience:
  
  Ideally 6 months as a Care Assistant, but transferable skills are welcomed.
• Passion for caring for the elderly and commitment to excellent service.
• Strong integrity, respect, teamwork.
