Contract: Permanent
Salary: £34,130 – £38,870 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

• Maintain a high standard of imaging and patient care in accordance with departmental and hospital quality standards.
• Perform all types of interventional radiology, cardiac and neuro procedures as required by referring physicians, including angiograms and cerebral aneurysm embolisation.
• Demonstrate significant evidence of cardiac expertise and angiographic knowledge to meet expectations of interventional consultants.
• Ensure high‑quality service by monitoring standards for patient care, technical performance, and reporting.
• Accurately analyse acquired data, record results, and produce high‑quality images for reporting.
• Participate in a Quality Assurance programme covering equipment, processing and Radiation Protection, maintaining accurate records and reporting problems to the Radiation Protection Supervisor.
• Be prepared to work in both single‑plane and biplane angiographic studies.

• Angiography‑specific radiology qualification or certificate (desirable).
• Relevant post‑graduate experience in an angiography laboratory (essential).
• PACS trained (essential).

• BSc or DCR in Radiography (essential).
• Registration with HCPC (essential).
