About the RoleAs a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you will gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge hearing technology. Key opportunities include:
- Perform hearing screenings
- Assist with hearing aid maintenance

Our structured development program provides you with knowledge, skills, and hands‑on experience required to build a successful career in audiology.
Training spans several months at the Boots Hearing care Academy in Llandudno, covering core audiology knowledge, customer interactions, and specialist procedures. Accommodation and expenses are fully covered.
In‑store mentorship includes:
- Gain practical experience working with experienced Audiologists
- Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance
- Confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways with customers
