As an experienced nurse, your real‑world insights are essential for benchmarking best practices and designing future‑ready senior care solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing- Discuss your daily work‑life as a nurse in a UK nursing home — your routines, tasks, and challenges.
- Evaluate nursing scenarios that reflect typical workflows and resident care situations in elderly care.
- Help us benchmark practices by explaining how specific situations (e.g., managing residents with dementia, medication rounds, coordinating with families) are handled in your facility.
- Co‑create realistic care scenarios with our team based on your experience (e.g., new resident admission, end‑of‑life care discussions, managing challenging behaviors).
- Provide feedback on system processes, communication gaps, and digital needs within the senior care environment.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and we fully respect your time, expertise, and confidentiality.
