We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Paediatric Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to paediatric patients. You will work in a supportive and dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in a paediatric setting.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to paediatric patients.
- Working on the paediatric ward and in the dispensary.
- Ensuring accurate dispensing of medications.
- Providing expert advice on drug therapy.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in paediatric ward and dispensary settings.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric pharmacotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Registered Pharmacist with GPHC.
