We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 RMN Ward Manager to work with an NHS Trust in Hammersmith & Fulham, London. This full-time position is based within an Adult Mental Health Inpatient Ward, with proposed working hours of 37.5 hours per week.

The role is available to start as soon as possible and is an ongoing placement, offering a competitive hourly rate of £31.00. Please note that this position is inside IR35.

To be eligible, you must have:

• Previous ward management experience or substantial Band 6/7 leadership experience within an inpatient mental health setting.
• Current NMC registration (RMN).
• Strong background in clinical governance, staff supervision, and operational management.
