Now, we’re inviting a passionate and qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team in West London.

• Salary:
  Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) with commission opportunities.
• Hours:
  
  Full-time (Mon–Fri) working across our practices in West London, covering Twickenham and surrounding areas.

As a Hearing Care Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our practice, supporting private hearing services with a balance of clinical excellence and operational flair.

• Carry out otoscopy and tympanometry assessments
• Deliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screenings
• Conduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenance
• Perform ear wax removal (micro suction, irrigation & manual)
• Take aural impressions
• Support patients with empathy and clear communication
• Work under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser

• Assist with team training and cross-referrals
• Build partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies & communities
• Help manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HAD’s time

• Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulations
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Represent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conduct

• Qualified Hearing Care Assistant
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment and in a healthcare setting
• GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)
• A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations
• Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified days
