Job Summary

You will be performing aesthetics treatments while recommending skincare therapies to clients. You will maintain a clean and sterile workstation, manage appointments and stock, and promote beauty therapies and products to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Perform aesthetics treatments to improve clients’ skin health and appearance
• Recommend personalized skincare therapies based on client needs
• Conduct permanent and temporary hair removal treatments, including electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing, ensuring client comfort and safety
• Advise clients on personal skincare regimes to maintain skin health
• Cross-sell beauty therapies and products to increase client engagement and sales
• Schedule appointments and accurately document treatments for client records
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of workstation and tools to meet hygiene standards
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination to perform precise beauty treatments
• Present a professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude during client interactions

• Certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or a related field
• Valid license in a cosmetology field
• Working knowledge of skincare therapies, hair removal techniques, and current beauty product trends
• Steady and dexterous hands to perform detailed beauty treatments

• Strong creative skills to design and recommend beauty treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
