As the first point of contact, our reception team is essential in creating a warm, polished, and professional environment.

As a key member of our reception team, you will be the welcoming face of the salon, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. You’ll oversee the front desk, manage appointments, and help keep the salon running seamlessly.

• Delivering a warm, luxury welcome to all clients.
• Managing the salon diary: booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Handling phone calls, emails, and client enquiries with efficiency and care.
• Processing payments and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Supporting stylists by keeping the salon organized and on schedule.
• Promoting services, treatments, and retail products where appropriate.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across reception and the wider salon.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or customer service (salon/spa experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
