• Create high-quality hair and makeup looks that empower women, showcasing their strength and individuality
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide a personalised beauty experience
• Work closely with our photographer during shoots, providing on-set support and touch-ups as needed
• Capture behind-the-scenes content throughout the day to showcase our transformation process
• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, making them feel comfortable and valued from their first interaction
• Establish our studio as a premier destination for luxury beauty services through exceptional artistry and client care
• Maintain an immaculate, serene studio environment, including beauty stations and client areas, to ensure comfort and confidence
• Care for our collection of professional hair and makeup products, tools, and equipment with attention to detail
• Develop a thorough understanding of our signature beauty aesthetic and approach, reflecting it in every client transformation
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism, maintaining our studios reputation for excellence
• Work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and techniques to continuously elevate our artistry and client experience

• Professional hair and makeup artistry experience and portfolio
• Stamina and energy to be on your feet all day during busy shoot days
• Experience or comfort with capturing BTS content and supporting photography team

Note:

This part-time position will require working weekends

This part-time role pays £125–£150 per day depending on experience and portfolio strength. Tips, bonuses, and commission opportunities also available.
