• Perform advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, Hydro Facial, microneedling RF, chemical peels, and skin tightening treatments
• Conduct detailed client consultations and professional skin assessments
• Design personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate homecare products
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and confident
• Support clinic growth by promoting treatment packages, memberships, and courses
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and high-quality treatment environment

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience delivering advanced skin or laser treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin health, skin conditions, and treatment solutions
• Excellent communication, consultation, and client care skills
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about the aesthetics industry
• Ability to work to performance targets and demonstrate sales awareness
