Part‑time (2–3 days per week)

A talented and empathetic part‑time Wig Stylist who can deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end client experience. You will support clients throughout their entire wig journey—from consultation to final styling—ensuring they feel confident, understood, and cared for at every stage.

• Deliver outstanding, empathetic customer service and build trusting, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Amber Jean wig collection and confidently guide clients through their options.
• Create bespoke hairpieces using expert knotting techniques.
• Carry out wig adjustments, including cap alterations, adding silk linings, and adjusting or adding ear tabs.
• Cut and style wigs to a high‑end, professional finish.
• Lead client consultations and manage all client collections, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Skills in general hair colouring and wig colouring would be a strong advantage.

• Previous experience in wig styling or a closely related field is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Expertise in wig cutting, styling, and basic adjustment techniques.
• Knowledge of bespoke hairpieces and knotting methods.
• Experience or knowledge of colouring wigs is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage client consultations and maintain detailed client records.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering a personalised, high‑quality experience.
