To support our strong growth in the UK, we need your talents! As part of the development of its brand and its teams, Caudalie is recruiting a Spa Therapist for its Islington Boutique in London.

A true Ambassador of the brand, you will support ouriph distinguished customers throughout their experience within the Boutique Spa and demonstrate professionalism at every moment. You'll be heavily focused on delivering bespoke treatments, ensuring guests receive the ultimate Caudalie-inspired experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, a team player, and have a strong retail focus.

• Perform all related treatments & upsell retail.
• Ensure that the brand standards, customer journey and treatments are exceptional at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of the company and clientele information.
• Adhere to all SOPs and meet all targets.
• Support marketing activities and assist in events held in the Spa when necessary.
• Act as an ambassador for the company at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Beauty/Spa industry.
• NVQ Level 3/ CIBTAC and/or CIDESCO Qualification is essential.
• Efficient, organised and motivated.
• Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about developing skills.
