Work Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

• A commission structure from 30% to 35%

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales, drawing on extensive hairdressing product knowledge.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

• Has two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours, and styles.
• Brings artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles.
• Provides exceptional customer service and cultivates long-term relationships with clients.
• Manages a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
