OverviewThe PISD team connects the business group together and partners the Marketing leadership team in the key areas of Trends, Innovation, Design and Beauty Culture & Capability. All of this is done in close collaboration with the PISD SVP, Global CMO, Brand Leads and BU leaders across the world. Reporting to the Trends & Beauty Academy Lead, this role is central to driving our capabilities agenda and trends.
You will have the opportunity to shape the Beauty Academy content created to build a Beauty culture, transform our capability & expertise in Beauty to rival competitors, and position UL as a true Beauty player.

Responsibilities- Work with senior leadership to design and execute a Beauty Academy cadence that provides learning aligned to business priorities & builds a Beauty culture & eye.
- Support the Trends & Beauty Academy Lead in delivering the Beauty Learning curriculum & sessions across the year, including a Learning Day (one‑day event) to our Global B&W community (BG & BU).
- Work with external agency partners to develop Beauty Academy content that achieves the learning objectives for each module and is 100% aligned to the BA visual design principles across all touchpoints.
- Where relevant, recruit & work closely with a network of beauty specialist agencies to develop and drive the capability program.
- Design, shape & keep up to date the Beauty Academy visual identity, assets and executional guidelines.
- Track on measurement tools, reports & UL platforms, and recommend corrective actions to support Beauty Academy company targets (e.g. 15‑hour OKR) across the year.
- Support the Trends & Beauty Academy Lead in engagement with BG/BU to drive visibility & engagement of the program & deliver OKRs on target at year‑end.
- Maintain & refresh BA SharePoint.
- Provide ad‑hoc support on design of content on wider Trends cascade where relevant for the scope.
- Support the B&W Global Trends and Beauty Academy Lead in connecting with wider PISD teams to ensure seamless flow and translation of trends into BBMs/MMPs.
- Support the B&W Global Trends and Beauty Academy Lead on Inno Prof execution (annual innovation "fair").
- Identify relevant trends and spaces in Beauty to inform key topics covered within the Beauty Academy learning curriculum.
- Bring/implement ideas of projects that build trends thought leadership; attend and report on relevant events, exhibitions, etc.
- Own and manage the Beauty Academy budget & supplier payments for your projects, feeding into the overall Trends & BA budget.
- Share ownership for sourcing and onboarding new external partners to Unilever’s procurement systems (Coupa).
- Excellent project & event management, planning and organisation skills.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and priorities, showing real ownership and accountability.
- Strong relationship builder and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts of all work levels and across multiple cultures/countries, driving the Beauty Academy agenda.
