About the roleThe Redbridge Community Protection Task Force is looking for a new and dynamic officer to join the service and lead on front‑facing high‑profile partnership work. You will work with internal and external enforcement teams and partners to coordinate action to tackle nuisance premises and locations. This is a high‑profile demanding role and we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate innovation and flexibility.
Keyresponsibilities
The ASB Coordinator will work in collaboration with several different teams across Redbridge partnerships to tackle ASB, using all available tools and legislation to promote community confidence and cohesion. The main purpose of the role is to oversee the support of all area activity in relation to ASB, providing a partnership approach and offering guidance and expertise in relation to incidents, particularly with regards to the perpetrators.
As an ASB Coordinator you will develop tools to guide and direct the team in relation to ASB best practice and use new and innovative ways to tackle local issues.
We are looking for a candidate with an ASB background who will be able to guide, support and direct front‑line officers. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
