· The council is looking for an officer who can comfortably manage a complex caseload of enforcement cases, carrying out investigations into alleged breaches of planning control and taking appropriate enforcement action, including the preparation of enforcement reports and notices.
 
Role Specific

· Hybrid working

· 37 hours per week   

· Hourly rate - approx. £50 per hour

· Local Authority experience.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £50ph
