2026 Summer Internship Opportunities at Equitix Management Services
We are excited to announce three internship opportunities within Equitix Management Services (EMS). 2× Finance Internships, 1× Operations Internship.
Location: London
Salary: £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage 2025/26)
FinanceThe EMS Finance teams provide financial accounting and management services for projects across all our sectors. As an intern in the finance team, you’ll engage in real world accounting and clerical tasks including, but not limited to, data entry of purchase invoices and preparing sale invoices, preparation of payment run exercises, supporting the preparation of audits, updating cash books, bank reconciliations, chasing late payments and taking care of administrative tasks such as correspondence, meeting minute taking and filing.
OperationsThe EMS Operations teams provide general, operational and construction management across all our sectors. As an intern in the operations team, you will have exposure to a number of different projects that are currently at various stages of the project lifecycle. Working closely alongside experienced managers, you’ll develop valuable business and interpersonal skills, such as reviewing health and safety policies, asset performance monitoring and coordinating with both stakeholders and contractors.
AboutYou
To be eligible for our internship, you need to be studying in your final year of university and are looking for a placement over the summer, to learn with an interest in financial or operational services. Additionally, you are eager to learn about our industry and are keen to gain a further insight on how our business model works.
QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who are motivated, forward thinking and ambitious. You will bring the following range of skills:
- A “can-do” attitude and great communications skills are essential; enthusiasm is as important to us as any other attribute.
- Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills, including at least intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels of seniority in a range of style.
- Be a collaborative team player and working together with the rest of the admin team

If suitable for the department you have applied to, you’ll be invited to complete two short psychometric tests online (Verbal reasoning and numerical). Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview. If you are also successful in your interview, we will be in touch to confirm a written offer for our 2026 Internship programme.
