Senior Finance Manager | Series B AI

A genuinely exciting opportunity to step into a career-defining Senior Finance Manager role with one of the most exciting AI businesses in Europe.

This Series B backed company is scaling rapidly, has an exceptional leadership team, and is already recognised as a leader in its space. With a strong financial position and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own and build the finance function.

You’ll work closely with a commercially focused No.1, helping professionalise and scale finance while they continue to build out the wider commercial function.

The role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of the core finance engine while helping shape the future of the function.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the day-to-day finance function
• Leading month-end, reporting and audit
• Managing international reporting and financial operations
• Building and developing a high-potential junior finance team
• Strengthening processes and controls as the business continues to scale
• Acting as a key partner to the No.1 as the commercial finance capability develops

The profile

This role would suit an ambitious second or third mover who wants to step into a true leadership position within a high-growth tech environment.

Ideal background:

• ACA qualified, trained in audit
• Experience with in a high-growth technology business
• Exposure to VC-backed or scaling environments
• Strong technical accounting and controls
• Commercially aware and excited by working closely with leadership in a scaling business
• Bonus if you’ve worked within a Series C+ environment or similar scale-up journey
