Financial Advisory

Off‑cycle Internship

As an intern with Lazard PCA’s Private Capital Raising group, you will join the Transaction Management team, working on live fundraisings across private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure. You will work closely with Analysts and Associates to support multiple fund manager clients, each of which is likely at a different phase of the fundraising process.

• Assisting in the positioning of the client’s investment strategy and preparing marketing materials, including investor presentations and due diligence materials.
• Preparing responses to institutional investor due diligence requests.
• Tracking investor feedback and updating databases.
• Managing logistics for fundraising roadshows and meetings.
• Monitoring market activity to support client communications.
• Analyzing financial data and qualitative information as part of due diligence on prospective clients, and preparing pitch materials for them.

We are seeking university students or recent graduates interested in finance, private markets, and investor relations. Students from any academic background are welcome—no prior finance experience is required—just your passion for learning, strong initiative, and interest in financial concepts. High‑performing interns will be considered for a full‑time Analyst role upon completion of the internship.
