London (Hybrid) Salary: £75,000 - £90,000  bonus  excellent benefits I'm currently working with a Big 4 firm looking to hire a Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager into their London team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising institutional investors, private equity funds, developers and property companies on complex real estate transactions. The team works on a wide range of high-profile deals across the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, structuring and tax due diligence .

You'll work closely with experienced deals professionals while gaining exposure to some of the most significant real estate transactions in the market .

The Role As a Manager within the team, you will:
Advise on the tax aspects of real estate transactions Support clients on structuring, acquisitions and disposals Deliver tax due diligence on property investments Manage client relationships and key work streams on deals Support and mentor junior team members Contribute to business development and client growth About You ACA / CTA / ATT qualified (or equivalent) Strong UK corporate tax experience Experience in transactions, deal advisory or real estate tax is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships Experience managing projects or supporting junior team members This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Big 4 real estate transactions team with strong deal flow, excellent client exposure and clear progression opportunities.
