Launch Your Career in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Investor Relations & Global Capital Strategy Investor Relations Internship – Based in London and Part of Global Hedge Fund Platform in New York, Connecticut, London, Zurich and Stockholm via International Institutional Affiliates Britannica Capital and Swiss Finance

Are you a driven, globally minded student (bachelor or master) or recent graduate with ambitions in hedge funds, trading, investment banking, or institutional sales? Do you want hands‑on exposure to how real capital is raised, structured, and allocated across borders?

This internship is a career launchpad into investment management investor relations and allocator strategy, offering rare visibility into how elite funds engage with institutions, family offices, and HNW investors. We are an international hedge fund with a global macro and volatility edge, and an affiliate of Swiss Finance, a respected financial institution with presence in Zurich, London, New York, and Stockholm.

This opportunity is structured as a selective institute‑based professional training programme offered by Britannica Capital Institute, providing exposure comparable to elite internships in an educational (non‑employment) context, and leveraging decades of institutional training frameworks developed through Swiss Finance Academy.

Join a high‑performance, elite investment team of a Quant Investment Fund where excellence isn’t a buzzword - it’s the baseline. We're searching for rare talent ready to dive into real strategy, real outreach, and real impact from day one.

About the Company:

With decades of experience in investment management, we are now offering driven individuals the opportunity to gain first‑hand exposure to how capital is allocated in the real world—beyond the academic setting.

Ideal for candidates with experience in, or interested in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds.

About the Internship:

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior management in a real hedge fund environment. You’ll gain exposure to the capital raising process from institutional investors, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals. Interns will interact with industry‑standard and cutting‑edge tools and learn the mindset and mechanics behind how allocators think, assess, and deploy capital.

Responsibilities:
  • Research, call and map capital allocators: family offices, institutional investors, pension funds, and more
  • Reach out to HNW, FO, I.I. allocators to qualify, exchange documents, set meetings
  • Assist in developing outreach strategies, investor communications, and presentation materials
  • Potential to conduct direct outreach (email/phone) and build rapport with allocators on behalf of the fund
  • Support meetings and participate in follow‑up workflows
  • Conduct ongoing research and reporting on investor trends and capital flows
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
  • Finance, economics, or investments (students or graduates)
  • Have a deep interest in asset management, hedge funds, and macroeconomic dynamics
  • Are self‑driven, structured, and detail‑oriented
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
  • Are proactive, persistent, and elegant in following up with prospects across channels (email, phone, social media)
What You Will Gain:
  • Practical understanding of capital raising and allocator psychology within the hedge fund space
  • Insight into investor pitches, due diligence processes, and fund communications
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, outreach workflows, and AI‑based research tools
  • Resume‑building credentials for future roles in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
  • On‑site or hybrid.
  • Full time.
  • This is highly selective - tailored for those ready to step beyond the academic and into the world of real capital allocation.
  • The internship has a significant training and professional development component, therefore it is unpaid.
